Daniel Kroeger
Managing Director, Europe
With more than 25 years of experience in the online trade of used machinery and industrial equipment, as well as in advisory roles within the industry, he brought extensive market knowledge and entrepreneurial vision to the founding of Maynards Europe. Together with Andreas Matuszczak, he laid the foundation for a company that has since developed into one of Europe’s leading specialists for the valuation, marketing, and sale of used industrial assets.

After contributing significantly to the company's success since 2017 and establishing himself as an expert in business management and strategic operations within the asset recovery industry, Adrian was appointed Managing Director in 2025, marking a new chapter in the company’s leadership.

Andreas Matuszczak
Co-Founder & Shareholder / Senior Appraiser
With more than 35 years of experience in the used machinery trade, built on a solid technical and commercial background in mechanical engineering, Andreas — together with Daniel — laid the foundation for the success of our company.
As a certified appraiser and member of two professional valuation associations, he is responsible for the assessment and valuation of used machinery, equipment, and complete industrial plants, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and trust in every project.

Since becoming Managing Director of Maynards Europe Ltd. in 2019, Daniel has leveraged over 27 years of industry experience to our UK subsidiary. His leadership has played a key role in driving sustained growth and shaping the next chapter in Maynards Europe’s ongoing success story.

Since 1998 Taso has been an integral part in helping Maynards become a global leader. Taso has been the majority shareholder of the Maynards Group of Companies since 2012 and has managed countless projects around the globe, netting sales in excess of $1 billion.
