    Your Responsibilities:

    • General administrative tasks, customer support, and project assistance
    • International invoicing, dunning processes, and export documentation support
    • Preparatory accounting tasks, with a focus on accounts payable
    • Processing of payment transactions via online banking
    • Supporting the team during auctions

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Conducting asset inventories at our clients’ facilities
    • Creating technical descriptions of machinery and equipment for catalog production
    • Valuation of assets based on market research
    • Setting up and managing online auctions
    • Briefing our marketing department to implement project-specific advertising campaigns
    • Managing all aspects of project coordination and supervising equipment pickup
