General Payment Information

• Per bidder, there will only one invoice be issued for all lots won in one auction/sale.
• The invoice will be in PDF format and will be emailed to successful bidders within 24 hours after the last lot in the auction has closed.  Alternatively, a link will be emailed from where the invoice can be downloaded.
• Payment is due immediately on receipt of invoice unless stated differently on the invoice.
• All payments must be made in the currency stated on the issued invoice.
• The only accepted form of payment is bank transfer.  
• We DO NOT accept payment by cheque, debit or credit card.
• Please reference the invoice number on the bank transfer. 
• For all bidders with residence outside of the country from where the assets are being sold, Maynards Europe will collect 21% of the Asset Net total as a deposit.  This deposit will be refunded in full after Maynards Europe have received proof of export.
• It happens frequently that Maynards Europe at first only issue a so-called “proforma invoice”.  After receipt of full payment, collection of the items and receipt of export documentation (if applicable), the final invoice will be issued.

  Sale Conditions, Dismantling and Collection

  All assets are sold EXW (Incoterms® 2020), "as is, where is", ex location. The sale includes a mandatory, binding flat fee for handling, dismantling, and loading (loading onto truck only, not into containers), which will be performed exclusively by a preselected third-party supplier, MOGUL ENGINEERING S.R.L. (“dismantling supplier”)

  Maynards, acting in the name and on behalf of the dismantling supplier, charges this binding fee. All matters relating to dismantling, handling, and collection shall be agreed directly between the buyer and the dismantling supplier. The applicable fee for each lot is published on the auction platform as part of the lot description.

  Collection is permitted solely by suitable trucks, as defined by the dismantling supplier based on weight and dimensions. Collection using cars, tractors, or other unsuitable vehicles is strictly prohibited. The fee includes dismantling for reuse and loading for safe transport on trucks. Any packaging, seaworthy packaging, or container loading is expressly excluded.

  Where OEM transport fixtures or safety devices are required, such items must be ordered by the buyer and delivered in coordination with the dismantling supplier. Buyers may register their own personnel or manufacturer representatives for monitoring or support purposes, subject to prior approval by the seller and/or the dismantling supplier.

  All purchased assets must be removed no later than 24 april 2026. Any extension or shortening of this deadline is subject to agreement.
