The 7 station rotary washing machine is designed to wash crankshafts, it uses filtered wash solution from the machine reservoir, which is automatically kept full of wash solution, the cleaning process is fully automatic incorporating programmable washing and drying driven by servo controlled encoded motors. Station 1 Load / Unload, Station 2 Wash, Station 3 - 2nd Wash, Station 4 is a repeat of Station 2, Station 5 Drain and Dry, Station 6 Dry, Station 7 is a repeat of Station 6 the machine is fitted with coarse filtration, a fully automatic magnetic filtration system for effectively removes ferrous debris, 3 x 15 kW immersion heaters are provided for rapid heating of the wash reservoir to the required operating temperature after a water change, two centrifugal drying blowers, mist is extracted and filtered from the drying stations by a single extraction and filtration unit, machine is controlled from a single control panel complete guarded by interlock interfaces. The panel utilizes an ASI system.

Buyers may supervise the process by scheduling an appointment, but PIC must handle the work.
All equipment will be professionally isolated, disconnected, dismantled, matchmarked, and loaded onto flatbed transport.
