A modular design micro finishing system used to micro finish crankshaft’s (5) main and (4) Pin journals, Flange oil seal and Thrust Journal, maximum capacity of 760-mm Part Length the micro finishing process dramatically, consistently and statistically optimizes the geometry and the surface finish that affects the crankshaft function. All diameters are Micro finished twice, level-I affects part geometry, level-II affects surface finish, rough and finish process,, A coarser abrasive film is used for the Level-I process than for the Level-II process, Two Operator control consoles are located in between Station 1 and 2 and another located at Station 3 each workstation has a head and tailstocks so supporting the crankshaft between centres, Pin and main arm assemblies in Station 1 and 2 are hydraulically actuated scissor type units. Buyers may supervise the process by scheduling an appointment, but PIC must handle the work.
All equipment will be professionally isolated, disconnected, dismantled, matchmarked, and loaded onto flatbed transport.
