Technical Details:
1850 liter (488 Gallon), 316L SS, Mirror polished, sanitary, vertical tank with jacket and mixer. Vessel rated for atmospheric at 100 degrees C., Jacket rated for 3 bar at 100 degrees C. Manufactured by JOH SJO Industry Aktiebolag. Serial # 600674. Jacket volume is 25 liter. 1100 mm diameter x 1860 mm straight side with welded slight cone top and welded flat bottom. Mounted on legs. With a 420 mm man way, and a 100 mm sight glass assembly. External flange mount right angle drive by STM, type: U50, ratio 1:7, with an Vera Stia AC motor, 0.75 kw at 1350 rpm. Driving a 3 blade propeller agitator. Vessel with a 2" x 2" Procell sanitary pump drive by an ABB ac motor1.1 kw, 50 Hz, 2870 rpm. Type 3GAAD81613-HSTAL1.
