Nominal crankshaft length 2.500mm, X-Axes 740mm, Y-Axes 465mm, swing dia 780mm, CNC Siemens Sinumerik 840D /// The NILES-SIMMONS N 30 MCM 2.500 Multi-Slide Machining Centers is designed for complete machining of crankshafts up to 2.500mm length. Applications range from prototyping of small passenger vehicle crankshafts over the complete machining of crankshafts for light aircraft to one-offs and small-batch manufacture of large crankshafts for stationary or marine diesel engines. The combination of the universal turning, drilling and milling head with powerful external milling units combines flexibility of turning, drilling and milling operations configured for crankshaft machining with high stock removal capabilities for machining crankshaft bearings and counterweights by using large side milling cutters. Gun drilling, gear hobbing or hard turning and hard mill/turning processes complete the variety of applications up to semi-finishing of hardened crankshafts. Das Mehrschlitten-Bearbeitungszentrum, NILES-SIMMONS N 30 MCM 2.500 ist die Komplettbearbeitung von Kurbelwellen bis zu einer Länge von 2.500mm konzipiert. Die Anwendungen reichen vom Prototyping kleiner Pkw-Kurbelwellen über die Komplettbearbeitung von Kurbelwellen für Leiichtflugzeuge bis hin zur Einzel- und Kleinserienfertigung grosser Kurbelwellen für stationaere oder Schiffsdieselmotoren. Die Kombination des universellen Dreh- Bohr- und Fraeskopfes mit leistungsstarken Aussenfraeseinheiten vereint die Flexibilität von Dreh-, Bohr- und Fraesoperationen für die Kurbelwellenbearbeitung mit hohen Zerspanungsleistungen für die Bearbeitung von Lagern und Wangen an Kurbelwellen mittels grosser Scheibefraeser. Tieflochbohren, Waelzfraesen oder Hartdrehen und Hartdrehfraesen ergänzen die Anwendungsvielfalt bis hin zum Semifinish von gehaerteten Kurbelwellen. Teile-Portalsystem und/oder Kräne sind nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten.
