Sales Process

The Sale will be conducted in two different Stages:

Stage 1 - Private Treaty Sale for the complete Line

All interested Parties are invited immediately to submit Offers to Maynards for the whole Line prior to Auction Closure

Stage 2 - Timed Online Auction for single Assets

All Assets that are Part of the Line plus Peripheral Equipment will be offered by a timed Online Auction. The Bidding will open on 12th of February and will close on February 19th 2025. You can participate in the Auction by creating an User Account and register for this Sales Event. The Auction will be conducted on this Eventpage.

Project Process

The Project process is currently scheduled with the following Milestones:

1. Execution of the Sale until latest 19th of February 2025
2. Receipt of Customers Payments until 26th of February
3. Preparation of Machinery for Dismantling (Machine transport security, draining of media) from 5th of February (conditional)
4. Dismantling and Removal of Machinery from 20th of February until 18th of April (conditional)

It has to be taken into account, that any dismantled machine or asset cannot be packed or stowed into Container on Site. The buyer has to bring any to another destination or port to further process the Equipment for their shipment. Any Machine will be dismantled and loaded only for a transport on Truck (Standard or Special if required). If a machine requires special transport locks or traverses to lift the equipment the buyer is responsible to get in touch with the OEM or any other supplier to arrange and deliver the required parts in time to assure the timed dismantling/removal schedule.
