Bids Closing: 12th of September from 10 AM, 1 Lot every 2 Minutes
All Items are being sold according to the Sales related Terms and Conditions.
When bidding on an Item, the Buyer therewith orders the Dismantling Service along with its binding Dismantling Fee that is mentioned in each Lot Description (see Attachment: "0824 Dismantling Gerritsen General Information")

Collection
Collection must be scheduled and appointment with Gerritsengroup and shall be done no later than 30th of November 2024
Payment and Invoicing Structure:
All Invoices will be issued by our Partner Prodeq Trading GmbH and in the Name and on behalf of Benteler Rothrist GmbH.
For making Payment, the Buyer receives a Proforma Invoice. After the Payment has been received and prior to Shipping, the Buyer receives a Final Invoice and a Collection Note. The FULL payment must be done within 10 Days after the invoice has been received.
In case of a purchase either by prior Sale or Auction Winning Bid, the invoice amount contains the following values:
Asset Net
Buyer’s Premium (18% of the Asset Net Value)
VAT or Export Deposit (according to the applicable Swiss VAT Rate)
Fee for Handling, Dismantling and Loading
Example:
Asset Net = 1.000€
Buyer’s Premium (18%) = 180€
VAT (8,1% - applies for Buyers Premium and Asset Net, only for Swiss Buyers) = 95,58€
or Export Deposit (8,1% applies only for Asset Net, only for foreign Buyers) = 81€
Fee for Handling, Dismantling and Loading = 100€
Total Invoice Amount = 1.375,58€ (Swiss Buyers) / 1.361€ (Foreign Buyers)
The Export Deposit will be refunded after receipt of the complete and valid export document.
