Asset Description:
| Mobile split induction heating system manufactured by VauQuadrat, type V7. The system delivers a maximum induction power of 18 kW (adjustable 25–100%) at a fixed frequency of 15.8 kHz. The unit consists of a 40 kg inverter top section with graphic display, a 25 m intermediate hose assembly on a hose trolley, and a base unit with integrated compressor cooling system (refrigerant R455A) and a 40 l stainless steel water tank. Mains connection via 2 × 3 × 400 V / 32 A. The system is designed for material thicknesses from 0.8 mm to 250 mm and features active flow monitoring, overtemperature and overcurrent protection, as well as a residual current circuit breaker.
