| All Assets are sold FCA - Free on Carrier ex Location The auctioned goods are assembled and prepared for loading by Gerritsen only. The stated Loading Fee in the item description will be charged as a Service Fee in addition to the Sales Price plus GERMAN VAT if applicable! The Loading Fee covers the collection, basic packaging for national truck transport and loading. In case you need an offer for tranport, export and or your prefered transport needs special packaging for air/sea freight or stowing into container, please get in touch with Ms van Bijsterveldt for an offer. Gerritsen sets dates for loading after consultation with the buyer in the period 9 - 27. November 2020! Delays caused by the buyer by missing to provide a truck by time, lead to the cancellation of the purchase contract, resulting costs are to be borne by the buyer! IMPORTANT NOTE FOR EXPORT! In order to register and issue customs papers for the export of the goods to a third country, buyers must hire a customs agent. The power of attorney as an exporter required for this is provided by ABB. . However, no other papers or certificates, such as certificates of origin or the like, can be issued by ABB or Maynards! |

| Payment Methods: | We only accept bank transfers. We do not accept debit or credit cards, cheques or cash. |
- The buyer and their appointed shipping company are responsible for conducting the transportation of their goods according to the standard environmental regulations.
- Transport must be carried out without damage to the site itself or any property/ items on or near the site. Liability for any such damage lies with the buyer.
- If items have not been collected by the clearance deadline November 27th 2020, our standard Terms & Conditions apply.
- Our staff are on site to supervise and control removals only, they are not permitted to moveequipment or assist with the removal in any way. We thank you for your cooperation in helping to keep yourself and others safe while on site and for aiding us in the timely removal of goods from site.
