• OP 020: Inner housing and stator assembly station with two (2) KISTLER NCFN 2153A presses TNX030 induction heating, KUKA KR 120 R 2700-2 robot, (2) CPUs 1512SP F-1 PN and (4) CPUs 1517F-3PN/DP
• OP 020: X-ring assembly, manual station (universal)
• OP 040: Outer housing sub-assembly with (2) KISTLER NCFN 2153A servo presses, KUKA KR 120 R 2700-2 robot
• OP 050: Spring washer assembly (specific)
• OP 060: Rotor to A-shield assembly with KUKA KR 120 R 2700-2 robot
• OP 060A: Rotor magnetizing station with MAGSYS MFFer 8/160/250 magnetising system
• OP 060B: Rotor to A-shield assembly with (2) KISTLER NCFN 2153A presses
• OP 070: Outer housing to rotor assembly with KISTLER NCFN 30 (kN) servo press
• OP 080A: Pre-screwing station for A-shield with 6 bolts
• OP 080B: Oil dispensing station (specific)
• OP 080C: BOSCH REXROTH EC 304 nutrunner with torque control for final screwing
• OP 085: Rotation station vertical to horizontal
• OP 090: Tube cutting and sleeve inserting station
• OP 100: Manual station for gasket installation (interconnector assembly)
• OP 110A: Sub-assembly station for cooling unit with (2) KISTLER NCFN servo presses
• OP 110B: Main-assembly of cooling unit with (2) KISTLER NCFN 2153A servo presses
• OP 110C: Screwing station for cooling unit with BOSCH REXROTH EC 304 nutrunner with torque and angle control
• OP 120: Manual station for interconnector disassembly
• OP 130A / 130B: Leak testing station with (2) LTC 902 RM leak testers (specific)
• OP 140: Manual station for cap assembly
• OP 150: DATALOGIC AREX 420 MW laser marking and dot penn station
• BOSCH REXROTH T5 conveyor system with various gear box motors and lifters
• Line equipped with SIEMENS HMI TP 900 controls and MAXYMOS NC 5847B0 process monitoring

End Of Line Testing:

• Static Tester DEUTRONIC for resistance, resistance symmetry and insulation measurement functionality
• BOSCH REXROTH T5 conveyor system
