Plant Closure Auction – Kronach Production Facility

As part of the complete closure of this state-of-the-art electronics manufacturing site in Kronach (Germany), over 1,300 lots will be sold in an international online auction.

The facility features advanced SMT production lines, comprehensive testing and automation solutions, and fully equipped workshop and support areas. All equipment has been maintained to a high industrial standard and is offered in excellent condition.

Auction Closing Schedule

• Day 1 – June 25, 2025: SMT Production, Testing, Robotics & Automation
• Day 2 – June 26, 2025: Plant Equipment, Maintenance, Warehousing & Plant Support (Compressors, Utilities, Workshop Equipment)

Inspection, Dismantling & Collection Process

Inspection

On-site inspections are strongly encouraged and will take place at the facility on the following dates:

• June 12, 2025 – 08:00 to 16:00
• June 13, 2025 – 08:00 to 12:00
• June 18–20, 2025 – 08:00 to 17:00 (by appointment only)

Dismantling & Collection

All lots will be professionally dismantled and prepared for collection. A fixed handling and loading fee will apply per lot.

Items will be dismantled and loaded onto truck by a pre-selected third party. Handling fee includes basic packaging (e.g. wrapped in bubble foil, strapped on pallet), depending on transport requirements and if reasonable and necessary.
