Description
The system is used to automatically apply a contact to thin-film solar glass.
Consists of conductive adhesive application, Cu ribbon (contact tape) and fixing by means of tapes.

Comstruction
The contacting system consists of:
• 3 Komax standard cells with base plates.
• A transport system in the X direction with three transport belts each. Each cell has a separately driven conveyor belt.
• In cells 1 + 2 there is a positioning system which fixes the solar cells in a defined position relative to the longitudinal and transverse axes. The two basic pages are always the same throughout the entire production chain.
• In cell 1, the adhesive is applied on two sides.
• In cells 2 + 3, two ribbons are applied and fixed on the long side with tape.
• Cross-contacting is carried out in the manual workstation, including fixing with tape.
• Lifting transverse unit for sorting out good and bad parts
• Beckhoff PC control with WinCC user interface
