This LED Filament assembly line produces clear and matt E27/A60 glass lamps. Preassembled socket drivers from lot 2330431 are being mounted to the glass bulb with LED filament inside. Capacity 4.000 units p.h.
Process Steps:
1) glass plate, glass pump tube and central wired are melted together
2) mounting of 2 metal clips for attachment of filament
3) LED filament welding station
4) buffer zone by ABB robot cell
5) in parallel clear glass bulb direct feeding into line or glass treatment for matt surface before going into the line
6) melting of glass plate and connect to glass bulb
7) insertion of gases through tube and cutting of tube
8) in parallel feeding driver socket from lot 2330433 into line
9) glue dispensing
10) marriage glass bulb with socket and glue drying
11) loading into bulk container
