This final assembly line follows lot 2230430. Production capacity 4.000 units p.h. high voltage GU 10 or low voltage MR16
Process steps:
1) loading of reflector to conveyor
2) assembly GU10 socket or MR16 Pin socket
3) supply of glue to reflector around the edge of reflector+C13
4) in parallel loading of light module trays (lense with LED board) from lot 2230430 by ABB robot to conveyor
5) marriage of reflector and lense module
6) crimping of socket
7)burning test and tampon and ink jet printing
8) packaging into single unit carton
9) cartoner (cartons of 10 pcs.))
10) carton sealer
11) automatic unloading cartons onto pallet
