Technical Details:

- Position assembly:



  • Rotary rotor (helical welding), contact sheets are soldered to the filament

  • Glass body placement station, glass body is combined with filament

  • Crushing unit:

    • Nopping machine (trough press)

    • Socket squeezer (contacts are squeezed with the glass body)




- Turntable pump unit



  • Cleaning the filament (by heating and supplying 90% nitrogen & 10% hydrogen)

  • Creation of negative pressure in the vitreous body

  • Injection of krypton

  • Nitrogen diving station (freezing by liquid nitrogen from Krypton)

  • Heating station of the tip (closure of the light bulb)


- Spiral test station (final test of the light bulb)
