This driver assembly line produces approx. 4.200 units of E27 sockets for the A60 Filament bulb line per hour.
Process steps:
1) Unloading
2) depanneling of drivers from board through milling
3) Robot placement of driver onto conveyor (Duplex gripper)
4) Center contact wire assembly
5) Assembly of plastic cap for electrical isolation
6) E27 socket assembly
7) Deformation center contact wire and pin fixation
8) Hot air soldering of side contact to E27 socket
9) Camera inspection
10) Electrical resistance test (6x test head)
11) Seperation failure parts and bulk container placement
12)Installed 2020, includes used components
